We've been busy planning lots of great classes, courses and BootCamps for you. This Monday, we kick off the Wimbledon Park February BootCamp. Our new South Park Gardens Spring HIIT Bootcamp is in March. And our next Strengthen, Stretch & Restore Course  starts in a few weeks time.

We've also got our Buggyfit and Fit In The Park classes running throughout the year. Why not check out our full timetable & buy your pass online.

It's so lovely to see the sails back on Wimbledon's Windmill. Just in time for our new Buggyfit class on the Common!

11.00am Wimbledon Common (New class)

As you hopefully know already, we've got a very flexible class pass system. You can either pay-as-you-go or save a bit of money & buy one of our class passes. Don't forget that you can also use your pass at our Fit In The Park sessions including Monday evenings, Friday mornings & Saturdays. Check out our full timetable for all the details.

The Christmas Countdown Has Begun!

Life is going to get busy with parties, school plays, shopping & the usual work/life balance stuff.

But don't let the next 6 weeks slip away into the festive madness. Commit to your health, your fitness and your workouts. You'll feel much better for it. And you'll also be so much more confident wearing that little black dress (slim-fit designer shirt for the guys?)

Wimbledon's Spine Tinglingly Good Workouts!

The Halloween season is about to kick off, so here are our top 4 reasons why early morning sessions really aren't that scary:

1) It maybe chillingly early, but you'll glow with devilish pride for the rest of the day.

2) There's no need to be scared or afraid of our 6.15am workouts. All abilities are welcome, including beginners.

3) Our classes are friendly, challenging, motivating, rewarding & fun. You'll also hear laughter & the occasional cackle too!

4) Don't worry about what you look like, the parks are empty apart from us at that time. Bed-hair and zombies are warmly welcomed.

Free Trial In October!

Why not join us at our next early morning session? If you're new to our 6.15am classes, you're welcome to join us for a free trial in October at either of our Wimbledon Park (Mon and Wed) or South Park Gardens (Thur) early sessions. Just drop us a line to let us know you'll be coming along.

Bonfire Night Wimbledon Park

Wimbledon Park will be closed on 5 November due to the fireworks. Our 11am Buggyfit class will still go ahead. We'll meet just outside the Revelstoke Road entrance & then head over to another park.

Both car parks will be shut, but you will still be able to park on the nearby residential roads. Some areas need permits between 11am & 3pm, so check before you park. Full details can be found on the council website.
