Early Morning & Evening Challenge!

Due to popular demand, we've decided to extend our Early Mornings Aren't That Scary Challenge until Christmas. It also now includes our 2 evening classes!

Simply join us at any 3 of the following sessions in 1 week to earn your free class pass:

South Park Gardens: 6.15am on Tues & Thur.
Holy Trinity School: 7.30pm on Mon
Running Club: 7.15pm Wed
Wimbledon Park: 6.15am on Mon, Wed & Fri

The free pass will be given out at the end of each week & can be used at any of our Early Morning sessions only. It will expire on 24 December 2014.

Monday Nights - We've Got It Covered!

We asked whether you wanted to go inside for your Monday night sessions. You said, yes if it's raining. No if its not.

Well we've organised it for you! Starting tonight, we will be in Holy Trinity School Hall if it's raining (most likely this evening!). And in the playground if it's not. In order for this to happen, we'll be starting at the slightly later time of 7.30pm.

Situated on Effra Road, the school is just 2 minutes walk from South Park Gardens. Come into the school via the French windows at the front. One of us will be waiting outside to point you in the right direction.

There's free parking on Effra Road in the evening.

Enjoy The Lighter Mornings At Our 6.15am Class Tomorrow

What: Fit In The Park (outdoor fitness fun)
When: Tuesdays: 6.15am (finish at either 7.00am or 7.15am, your choice)

If you've not been to one of our sunrise sessions before, now's the time to give it a go. The feeling you have after an early morning workout, is far better than it feels to sleep in an extra hour!

Bonus HIIT Sessions:

To boost the number of workouts you can fit into 1 week, we're adding 4 extra HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sessions to the South Park Gardens timetable in October & November:

Saturday 18 October: 7.45 - 8.30am
Saturday 25 October: 7.45 - 8.30am
Saturday 1 November: 7.45 - 8.30am
Saturday 8 November: 7.45 - 8.30am

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is about getting your heart rate racing, your body sweating & your muscles burning. Fast-paced exercises will torch calories & boost your metabolism. Short, timed recovery periods will enable you to keep the intensity high whilst still maintaining form.

You can use your class passes at these sessions or do pay-as-you-go. If you'd like to do the double & come to the 9.00am session as well, we'll happily give you extra training for the 30 minutes in between the 2 sessions!

We meet near the Trinity Road entrance to the park. Wimbledon, SW London SW19 8QY

How Fit Are You?

Meet us in South Park Gardens at 8.30am this Saturday & find out!

This 30 minute session will test your cardio, strength & flexibility levels.

It's FREE for everyone who goes onto do our 9am class. We'll tick your card or take payment as usual at Fit In The Park.

There will be a re-test on Saturday 15 November at 8.30am!

New South Park Gardens Class

Starting on 14th October, we will have a brand new class in South Park Gardens, Wimbledon.

We'll be there bright & early, every Tuesday, to work you hard & get you into shape. As with all of our other early sessions, you have the choice of leaving at either 7.00am or 7.15am, depending on your schedule.

Early Mornings Aren't That Scary!

October Challenge & Treat

Here's why our early Fit In The Park classes should be your new haunt this October:

1) It maybe early, but you'll glow with devilish pride all day.

4) No nightmare in getting to work afterwards. Flexible finishing time of either 7.00am or 7.15am (at our 6.15am classes).

This offer is only available during the month of October. To get your free class pass, you need to come to 3 of our early Fit In The Park classes in the same week (see timetable below). Free pass treats will be given out on Fridays & Saturdays. They will expire on 24 December 2014.

More, more, more

We try really hard to get our class timetable to be just how you want it. Recently you've asked us for:

- More Fit Kit Sessions using different pieces of equipment like the ViPR & TRX: We've got one in Wimbledon Park next Thursday (see Fit Kit Drills to book).

- More BootCamps: Our 2 week HIIT BootCamp starts on Sat at 8am in South Park Gardens (book now as places are limited).

- Early morning sessions to finish at both 7.00am & 7.15am (there was a slight difference of opinion between our clients!): Now you can choose whether you leave at 7.00am or 7.15am (45 or 60 min sessions). See our timetable for a full list of dates & times.

- Class start times not to be delayed by latecomers: We're starting & finishing all of our classes on time now, so get the most out of your session & be there with us on time too. If you're running late, don't worry, we won't turn you away - although there maybe a few penalty burpees!

- Fitness Tests: We will be offering free fitness tests in Wimbledon Park & South Park Gardens. Dates to be posted on facebook & our website by the end of this week.

- 8am Saturday morning sessions in South Park Gardens: We start in October!

Heather's Fit Kit Drills - New September Dates

We've got some new dates available for our very popular Fit Kit Drills sessions with Heather.

These intense workouts combine TRX Suspension Training with the ViPR.

You'll use the TRX (long straps that hang from a tree or post) to add an extra challenge to your regular bodyweight exercises. Develop your strength, power & core stability whilst having a bit of suspended fun!

Take on the ViPR (not so humble weighted rubber tubes) & you'll be performing big dynamic movements that build core strength, sculpt the arms, legs & bum whilst burning a huge amount of calories.

Heather's sessions use both pieces of kit to create a unique all over body challenge. Limited to a small group, you’ll receive highly personalized attention & get maximum results for your time & effort.

Tue 16 Sep - 6.15am to 7.00am - Wimbledon Park

Early Morning Sessions Are Changing Slightly

We've had a lot of requests for our early sessions to finish at 7am.  We suggested a 45 minute intense session, but have heard some of our hardcore clients would like the full hour. As no-one is keen to start at 6am, we’ve come up with a good solution.

We’ll start on the dot at 6.15am, with a warm-up & intense express session that will finish at 7.00am. Following this, there will be a 15 minute challenging strength & core session.  This gives you the option of a 45 minute or 60 minute class.

This new format applies to all of our 6.15am sessions in Wimbledon Park & South Park Gardens, & will start next week.

We’ve got some challenging new workouts planned to wake you up & have you glowing all day!

With the schools back, it's time to throw that "I just don't have the time" excuse out of the window. It's time to banish those extra pounds you put on over the summer months. It's time to meet us in the park & work hard. We're ready for you!

The HA Team spent last week being ice bucketed, getting set for school & planning some tough workouts for you. Want to get into shape for the summer? It's time to start working on it now...

Our 2 Thursday night 5-week BootCamps start tomorrow night & we've still got a few spaces left.

We're closing the bookings at 3pm tomorrow (Thursday), so don't hang around. Either book online, or drop us an email asap.

We've got fresh ideas & new moves for all those BootCampers who came last time, & we'd also love to welcome some new clients too.

Both BootCamps are progressive so you'll see yourself improving over the course. And if you can't make it to all 5 sessions, you can catch up at one of our Fit In The Park classes (just let us know before you come along.)

If the rain puts you off, these sessions are for you. We ditch the mud & the cold of the parks for 2 lovely indoor halls with heating, lighting & decent toilets!

Struggling To Find The Time To Exercise?

There's a small group of us who wake up early & meet in Wimbledon Park at 6.15am on a Mon, Wed & Fri. We're looking for a few more friends to join us on our early morning fitness adventures. We have the park to ourselves & it's wonderful to hear the birds sing while you train (much better than the din you get at the gym!).

We meet at the Revelstoke Road entrance to the park & there is free parking at that time in the morning. Each session lasts an hour, but if you need to head off to work, you're welcome to leave early (as long as you do a cool down at home).

So set your alarm for early & join us on Mon at 6.15am. You'll glow for the rest of the day!

Body After Baby Bootcamp (Holy Trinity School Hall 2)

Re-discover your abdominals, improve your posture & have a tiny bit of YOU time.

Our 6-week progressive postnatal course focuses on those post-pregnancy problem areas including the tummy, glutes & pelvic floor. You'll also be doing some whole body conditioning to burn calories & start sculpting your body in time for the summer.

These indoor sessions are designed to compliment our Buggyfit classes. Without your little ones there to distract you, we can really concentrate on technique, body alignment & form. You'll also get the chance to workout hard, with no interruptions.

Throughout the course we'll help you to train at the correct intensity for your level, so that you can see improvements in your strength & stamina each week. We also hope to boost your motivation, energy levels & confidence too!
